Do you repair Bosch washing machines in Mumbai?

How soon can a technician reach Mumbai?

What is the visiting charge?
Inspection starts at Rs 199. You get the diagnosis and a fixed repair quote before any work begins, and there is no obligation to go ahead. The visit charge is adjusted into the bill if you repair.
Do you use genuine Bosch spare parts?
We use original Bosch / BSH parts or certified OEM-grade equivalents and tell you which one is being fitted. Every replaced part carries a written warranty.
Are you an authorised Bosch service centre?
No. We are an independent repair service that specialises in Bosch washing machines. Bosch is a trademark of Robert Bosch GmbH and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Bosch.
Which Bosch error codes can you diagnose?
E:13, E:17, E:18, E:23, E:29, E:36, F:21, F:34 and other codes shown on Bosch Series 2, 4, 6 and 8 displays. The engineer reads the code on site and tests the matching component instead of guessing.
Will the technician carry spare parts?
Yes. Every van carries the common Bosch parts: drain pumps, door interlocks, gaskets, belts, carbon brushes, shock absorbers, inlet valves and control modules for popular models. A rare part is arranged within 24–48 hours with a clear timeline.
How long does a typical repair take?
About 45 to 90 minutes for common faults such as a blocked drain pump, door lock, capacitor or belt. PCB repair and bearing replacement take longer. The engineer gives you an estimate before starting.
What warranty do I get on the repair?
Replaced parts carry a 30 to 90 day replacement warranty depending on the part, drum bearing kits carry 6 months, and labour is covered for the same period. The warranty card is signed and handed over after testing.
What if the machine cannot be repaired?
If a repair is not economical, the engineer tells you honestly and you pay nothing beyond the inspection charge. We do not force a repair or fit a part your machine does not need.
Which Bosch models do you service?
Bosch Series 2, 4, 6 and 8 front loaders, i-DOS models, top loaders, washer-dryers and older Maxx / Classixx machines. Share your model number on WhatsApp and we will confirm part availability before the visit.
Do you work on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes. We operate 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, all seven days, including most public holidays. Sunday slots fill faster, so book in the morning.
How do I pay for the repair?
After the repair is complete and you have tested a full wash and spin cycle. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards and cash. A GST invoice is available on request.
Is it safe to let your technician inside my home?
Every technician is police-verified, carries a photo ID card and wears a uniform. You can check the ID at the door before entry. The technician works in your presence, uses a floor mat and shoe covers, and never asks for advance cash.
Do you repair machines that are out of warranty?
Yes. Most of our work is out-of-warranty repair. We source compatible OEM-grade parts for older Bosch models, including machines that are 8 to 12 years old.
