One brand, done properly
We started in 2014 as two appliance engineers working out of a rented flat in Andheri with a toolbox and a two-wheeler. Mumbai homeowners kept telling us the same story: a branded service call took a week, generic apps sent whoever was free, and nobody fixed Bosch machines properly the first time. So we decided to do one thing properly — Bosch washing machines.
More than a decade later, that focus has delivered thousands of repairs across every Bosch series sold in India — from the trusty Series 2 running a family of four in Borivali to Serie 8 i-DOS machines in Powai high-rises. What is covered after the repair
Every paid repair includes a written warranty card. It lists the part fitted, its serial number, the repair date and the cover period. Keep it with your invoice — it is the only document we ask for if something goes wrong.
Cover applies to the replaced part and the labour on that repair. It does not cover new damage from voltage surges, water ingress, overloading, physical impact or repairs done by someone else after our visit. Inspection charge ₹199 is separate and is adjusted into the bill when you approve the repair.
